About this programme

Telefonist-Receptionist (telephonist/receptionist) is a sector-specific MBO 2 diploma route offered by LBU as a recognised Education Partner. You work through four examined modules covering telephone handling, keyboard skills, practical front-desk skills and business Dutch. The focus is on the daily reality of a reception desk: taking and transferring calls, recording messages accurately, receiving visitors, and typing quickly and cleanly. Each module you pass earns a certificate, and together they make up the MBO 2 diploma, registered in the LOMAS register.
