About this programme

Technisch-Commercieel Verkoopmedewerker (technical sales representative) is a sector-specific MBO 3 diploma route with four examined modules: customer contact, commercial administration, marketing and numeracy. The route is designed for sales where the product needs explaining: you learn to translate a customer's question into a suitable technical solution, calculate prices and extra work correctly, and administer quotations and orders without errors. Each module is examined separately and the certificates form the MBO 3 diploma in the LOMAS register.
