About this programme
Medewerker Klantenservice (customer service representative) is a sector-specific MBO 3 diploma route with four examined modules: customer contact, telephone technique, business Dutch and practical skills. The route covers the full customer relationship: answering questions, processing orders and reports, resolving complaints within company policy, and leaving the customer properly informed. You practise both spoken and written contact and learn to document your work carefully. Each module is examined separately and the certificates form the MBO 3 diploma in the LOMAS register.
