Running a logistics team day to day: logistics, leadership, Excel and business Dutch at MBO 3 level.

About this programme

Logistiek Teamleider (logistics team leader) is a sector-specific MBO 3 diploma route with four examined modules: logistics, leadership, Excel and business Dutch. You learn to allocate work and build the daily schedule, instruct and hold staff accountable, monitor lead times and stock, and record your figures in Excel. You also practise the conversations that come with leading a team: instruction, feedback and coordination with other departments. Each module is examined separately and the certificates form the MBO 3 diploma in the LOMAS register.
