About this programme
Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst (inside sales representative) is a sector-specific MBO 3 diploma route with five examined modules: customer contact, commercial administration, marketing, business Dutch and telephone technique. You learn to turn customer enquiries into quotations, spot and follow up sales opportunities, monitor the order flow and work closely with field sales. The marketing module gives you insight into target groups, pricing and promotion, so you can substantiate an offer. Each module is examined separately and the certificates together form the MBO 3 diploma in the LOMAS register.
